JAKARTA – Shares of PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (OMED) strengthened following two major shareholders' decision to maintain their holdings. However, over the past month, the shares of this issuer have been corrected by 7.78%.

Based on stock trading observations on Wednesday (5/3), OMED's share price increased by 0.61% or IDR 1 to IDR 166 per share at 14.50 WIB. The stock opened at IDR 167, with the highest price reaching IDR 168, and the lowest price hitting IDR 165 per share.

At the close of yesterday’s transaction (4/3), OMED's share price increased by IDR 1 to IDR 165. The trading volume recorded 831,600 shares in 163 transactions, amounting to IDR 129.15 million.

However, over the last five trading days, OMED shares have been corrected by 1.78% or IDR 3 per share. In the past month, its price has fallen by 7.78% or IDR 14, while over the past year, the stock price has decreased by 17% or IDR 34. Over five years, its price has dropped by 34.13% or IDR 86 per share.

On the other hand, Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto, President Commissioner of OMED, and Siane Soetanto, Commissioner of OMED, increased their respective shareholdings by 690,100 and 637,100 shares throughout February 2025.

In a disclosure on Wednesday (5/3), Leonard Hartanto, Director of OMED, stated that the purpose of the transaction was to increase ownership and maintain control.
