JAKARTA – PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) is aiming for marketing sales growth of IDR 6.25 trillion in 2025. This target is 16% higher than the previous year’s realisation of IDR 6.01 trillion.

John Riady, Group CEO of Lippo, disclosed that this achievement is supported by strong demand for landed houses and commercial properties, which continues to rise.

“This growth will mainly be driven by the development of new residential and commercial projects in Lippo Karawaci (Tangerang) and Lippo Cikarang (Bekasi), as well as other areas within the company’s land portfolio,” John stated in a press release on Wednesday (12/3).

Previously, LPKR recorded marketing sales growth for two consecutive years. In 2023, the company achieved marketing sales of IDR 5.12 trillion, 5% higher than the initial target of IDR 4.9 trillion. Marketing sales realisation also grew in 2024, rising 17% to IDR 6.01 trillion.

This positive performance was driven by the high demand for previously launched landed houses, such as Cendana Homes and XYZ Livin, as well as new products like Cendana Suites and the Blackslate series in Park Serpong. “In addition, there is also XQ Livin in Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis,” John added.

Notably, LPKR began the first-phase handover of the Park Serpong project in November 2024, 18 months ahead of the scheduled timeline. (DK/ZH/VA)
