On Wednesday, June 19, foreign investors sold the most shares in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), a digital enterprise. Through this transaction, foreign investors sold 3.18 billion GOTO shares, resulting in a net volume of -1.11 billion shares. This was undoubtedly one of the causes of the high foreign sales volume, which totaled 5.49 billion shares. Meanwhile, foreign buying volume was only at 4.02 billion shares, leaving net foreign volume at -1.47 billion shares.

Reliancever Holdings invest in two MNC Group issuers

After becoming a new PT MNC Kapital (BCAP) investor, Reliancever Holdings Inc. entered two other MNC Group issuers on Friday, June 7. First, this foreign investor bought 9.16 billion shares of the issuer, which operates in the office space rental sector, PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), which accounted for around 9.39% of the shares. Furthermore, approximately 5.79 billion shares of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk (BHIT), a holding company in the investment sector, were purchased, resulting in 6.74% ownership. Even so, Reliance decided to sell approximately 96.19 million shares of financial services company BACP this time. All transactions were conducted through PT MNC Sekuritas.

On Monday, March 18, PT. MNC Asia Holding Tbk repurchased shares of media and broadcasting issuer PT Global Mediacom Tbk (BMTR), after the company had released 60 million shares of its shares on the previous trading day. PT MNC Sekuritas assisted this parent issuer to conduct the transaction, in which MNC Asia currently owns about 36.38% of BMTR. Also, around 2.15 million shares in PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), a financial services subsidiary, were acquired by PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, another parent company.

On Friday, February 16, PT Kreasi Jasa Persada acquired 342,925,700 shares of PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) through PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas, resulting in 34% stakes in the mining and oil and gas infrastructure. However, PT Caraka Reksa Optima, PTRO's previous controlling shareholder, actually sold the same number of shares, reducing its ownership from 68.9% to 34.9%.
