On Wednesday, June 19, two large investors in PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk (JECC) saw a significant increase in their shares. This was the outcome of a 1:5 stock split carried out by this electrical and communications cable manufacturer. First, an investor named PT Monaspermata Persada gained 285.94 million more shares, bringing the total to 357.42 million, though its ownership remained at 47.28%. In addition, PT Indolife Pensiontama's total shares increased from 26.57 million to 132.89 million, accounting for 17.58% of the stake.

On Thursday, June 13, PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk (CAMP) witnessed the acquisition of 2.41 billion of its shares. Sabana Prawira Widjaja, who had previously controlled 83.94% of CAMP's shares, transferred those shares to Samudera Prawirawidjaja, lowering his shareholding to 42.94%. Samudera now owns 41% of CAMP's shares.

Prajogo Pangestu, the controlling shareholder of PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), added another 2 billion shares of the company, which operates in the energy and industrial sectors, to his holdings on Monday, June 10. Prajogo previously held approximately 69.05% of the shares but now owns 71.19%. Prajogo purchased shares through two securities companies: BUT Standard Chartered Bank and PT Bahana Sekuritas.

Reliancever Holdings invest in two MNC Group issuers

After becoming a new PT MNC Kapital (BCAP) investor, Reliancever Holdings Inc. entered two other MNC Group issuers on Friday, June 7. First, this foreign investor bought 9.16 billion shares of the issuer, which operates in the office space rental sector, PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), which accounted for around 9.39% of the shares. Furthermore, approximately 5.79 billion shares of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk (BHIT), a holding company in the investment sector, were purchased, resulting in 6.74% ownership. Even so, Reliance decided to sell approximately 96.19 million shares of financial services company BACP this time. All transactions were conducted through PT MNC Sekuritas.
