December marks maturity of three Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper bonds

Nineteen bonds issued by fifteen issuers are expected to mature at the conclusion of this year. PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP), a manufacturer of paper and cardboard packaging, owns three of these bonds. On December 1, INKP's first bond, worth IDR 16.89 billion, will mature. The next day, a USD bond for USD 251 thousand will mature. A third bond debt of IDR 878.81 billion must also be paid by this issuer on December 8.

This investor's share portion increased to 50.62% from 11.06% after its most recent purchase through PT Pacific Sekuritas Indonesia. Presently, Aladin Global holds a majority stake in the digital Sharia bank.

This September, PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP), a paper and cardboard packaging manufacturer, is expected to pay two bond payments simultaneously. The Sinarmas Group subsidiary's Shelf Registration Bond IV Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Stage II 2023 Series A is scheduled to mature on September 5th, 2024, with a valuation of IDR207.05 billion. In addition, INKP will once again distribute IDR1.05 trillion to the investors of Shelf Registration Bond II Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Stage I 2021 Series B at the end of the month, specifically on September 30. This second payment will also be noted as this month's largest bond call payment.

Two major shareholders in PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk (BSML) made the decision to increase their stake in this shipping and logistics company on Friday, August 16. PT Goldfive Investment Capital first bought 18.18 million shares through PT Yuanta Sekuritas Indonesia, increasing its shareholding from 45.76% to 46.74%. Subsequently, PT Sanca Griya Modalindo procured an additional 103,800 shares, elevating its stake to 6.02% from its previous holding of 6.01% in BSML.
