Winfly increases stake in Bank MNC International (BABP) by 256 million shares

On Wednesday, November 13, Winfly Ltd., a foreign investor, increased its stake in PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP), a banking company owned by the MNC Group. This investor previously owned 10% of the shares; however, after purchasing 256.35 million shares through PT MNC Sekuritas, its share portion increased to 10.59%. PT MNC Sekuritas, still a member of the MNC Group, acquired 34.56 million shares of PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), an issuer in the resort and hotel development and management sector, holding a 14.82% ownership stake.

On Tuesday, October 8, individual shareholder Iwa Sukresno Karunia increased his ownership stake in PT Arkadia Digital Media Tbk (DIGI) by acquiring 17.40 million shares. His share portion has increased to 27.05% from the more than 25% he previously held in the issuer, which oversees multiple digital media platforms and content creation. Suwantara Gotama, another investor, invested 97,000 shares in PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk (MBSS), a coal-focused shipping company.

PT Miki Ojisan Indomitra, the company that controls PT Kurniamitra Duta Sentosa Tbk (KMDS), released 440 million shares to PT Dima Investindo, a new investor, on Thursday, September 26. Miki Ojisan used to own 76.19% of the shares in this issuer in the food and beverage industry, but after these shares were released, his ownership fell to 21.19%. With 55% of the shares, Dima Investindo is now the new controller of KMDS. PT BCA Sekuritas led both of the transactions.
