On Wednesday, November 13, Winfly Ltd., a foreign investor, increased its stake in PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP), a banking company owned by the MNC Group. This investor previously owned 10% of the shares; however, after purchasing 256.35 million shares through PT MNC Sekuritas, its share portion increased to 10.59%. PT MNC Sekuritas, still a member of the MNC Group, acquired 34.56 million shares of PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), an issuer in the resort and hotel development and management sector, holding a 14.82% ownership stake.
