Bakrie Metal sold over 3 billion shares of VKTR Teknologi (VKTR)

On Monday, June 24, PT Bakrie Metal Industries released over 3.09 billion shares of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) via PT BNC Sekuritas Indonesia. Previously, Bakrie Metal owned 22.05% of VKTR's stock, but this transaction reduced its ownership to 14.98%. VKTR itself is an electric vehicle company. Aside from that, the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia sold 150 million shares of the building construction company PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS), also known as Totalindo, with the remaining shares amounting to 5.34%.

The Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia had not stopped selling shares of PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS), an issuer of building construction. On Friday, June 21, this investor released an additional 70 million shares, bringing its total number of shares held to 1.93 billion, or approximately 5.79%. Besides that, Tan John Tanuwijaya, the majority shareholder in PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR), was still selling shares, this time for 27.54 million. His share percentage was recorded as being around 58.89%. PT Precise Pacific Realty was also recorded as selling 20 million shares of the tourism services company PT Sona Topas Tourism Industry Tbk (SONA), with the remaining shares amounting to approximately 31.65%.

On Thursday, June 20, the controller of media holding company PT Net Visi Media Tbk (NETV) transferred more than 2.77 billion shares to a new investor. The new investor was PT Teladan Investama, which acquired these shares from the controller, PT Sinergi Lintas Media, giving it approximately 11.84% ownership. Sinergi Lintas Media's ownership of NETV shares then fell from 71.43% to 59.58%.

Tourism services issuer PT Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk (PDES), also known as Panorama Destination, welcomed three major investors on Friday, June 14. First, PT Aman Dhitya Investama purchased 47.50 million PDES shares using two securities, resulting in an immediate ownership of 6.64%. PT Golden Spice purchased PDES shares in the same volume, even using the same securities. Finally, PT Sentra Anugrah Nusantara purchased 39.43 million PDES shares, or 5.52% of the total, through PT Waterfront Sekuritas Indonesia.

On Thursday, June 13, PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk (CAMP) witnessed the acquisition of 2.41 billion of its shares. Sabana Prawira Widjaja, who had previously controlled 83.94% of CAMP's shares, transferred those shares to Samudera Prawirawidjaja, lowering his shareholding to 42.94%. This new investor gained approximately 8.34% of ARTO shares as a result of this purchase.
