Through PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Kharisma Andalas Putra purchased 255.65 million shares of real estate developer PT Perdana Gapura Prima Tbk (GPRA) on Thursday, August 29. With a 5.98% share portion, the purchase instantly made this investor the newest major shareholder in GPRA. However, GPRA's controller, PT Abadimukti Gunalestari, actually decreased the number of shares it owned by 48.78 million, making its share portion only 68.78%.

Conglomerate and controller of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN), Low Tuck Kwong, gave his daughter Elaine Low control over 7.33 billion BYAN shares on Wednesday, August 28. Elaine now owns 22% of the shares in the coal mining and contractor company, while Low Tuck Kwong's share portion decreased from 62.15% to just 40.15%. Securities firm BUT Butsche Bank AG facilitated the transaction between the two.

Tuesday, August 27, saw the addition of 78.40 million shares of PT Panca Global Kapital Tbk (PEGE) by foreign investor RR Capital Group Pte Ltd. This Singaporean investor now owns about 21.81% of the shares, up from 19.04% previously. Additionally, PT Arthakencana Rayatama once again acquired 14.21 million shares in the fuel distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), bringing its total ownership of shares to approximately 14.59%.
